We were flea-ing once again at the very crowded flea titans @ Dempsey.
Like I said, “crowded” is the key word. It was packed like sardines. That’s both good news and bad news for us.
Good when there’s tons of people looking through our stuff, bad when we get crowded surfed into an open area.
Any how, we were selling some vintage items as well, I really love that ol’ jacket on the wall. SO many people
looked at it, but still no owner.. I almost feel like keeping it for myself already.

See…it’s damn chic for vintage. I like.
Im about to head out from home to go on a photo spree for Geylang in the day.
Can’t wait to get my hands on the nice nice food there. yuuum. Maybe i’ll post a little when I get back. Since I have been so AWOL from everyday andy since forever.
Kays so be back!
EVOL,
wendy

Getting ready for flea is something I really enjoy doing. I have about 3-4 cartons of clothes I never wear again and these stuff are my standard flea goodies. I regularly update this pile and before a flea I will look thru everything again and sometimes revive some pieces. It’s fun thinking how I could have made some of those absolute regret purchases and now have to sell at a loss. Whatever the case, I really need to clear my wardrobe and hopefully tmr’s a busy day
Recently I’ve put on some weight and feeling like half my wardrobe is too small for me. Hate that when it happens. Some days before heading out I have this crisis: everything I put on just doubles my size. It doesn’t happen too often but when it does, I would be realllyyy late for the following appointment. Guess it’s just mental but I know I’m not alone. It’s sad eh?
It was Angela’s birthday 2 days ago and I’m finally gonna mention it here: HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY ANQI!
Enjoy your new wallet and love notes. You know we love you

Angie and I are going to get our hair cut tomorrow, together with another of our friend! As is typical with us, it was yet another improptu decision, made hastily over dinner tonight. Hair cuts are refreshing and exciting for me, and G and I are surfing the net now, looking for possible hairstyles.. I’m not that adventurous though, so I don’t think the change will be that drastic after all. But anyhow, I’m still excited all the same. I can’t remember the last time I went to get my haircut together with a friend
That aside, I realise it’s been a while since I last blogged here, and there are so many new pictures in my phone now, so I’ll try and share some here! July was an enjoyable month, with a lot of happy gatherings and good food

Don’t you just love Bakerzin and their neverending promotions? This was us enjoying their cakes for dessert!

Our favourite past time. This was my best win in a long time. Hee.
July was also the month of double celebrations, since there are 2 people in our group celebrating their birthdays!
The first time around, we had a feast at Marche, and again, cake from Bakerzin. YUM!

And for the second one, we decided to put in a little more love, and made cupcakes from scratch, instead of buying a cake!

A hell lot of work, and so time consuming, but the look on his face when the birthday boy saw his surprise was well worth it!

Looking forward to an equally fun-filled August, and a fresh new haircut!
Angela

I sense I’m gona be a victim to dark eye rings very soon! With an average of 6hrs of sleep a day for the past week, it would be a miracle if I didn’t get it.
Fleatique @ SAM was pretty fun. The only bad part about it was the weather. Good thing we decided to shift out after the corner table packed up 3 hours before closing time. I think we kinda pissed off the stall beside with all the moving and stuff, they seriously didn’t look too happy =( Shopping was satisfying. There’re way more 2nd hand stores than the normal fleas we go for. Stuffs are random and more unique. The whole place is slightly messy but tht is how a real flea should look like anyways
We’ll be taking lesser fleas now tht school’s started and all 3 of us are getting busier. Recently flea’s been burning up our weekends and we can barely find a full free day. We’re still gona take up fleas when possible, we really enjoy interacting with some of you facetoface. Once again, we thank those who take time to come visit us
Happy National Day!

So tired from 3 straight days of flea-ing! My muscles are all tight, and my feet aching.
So glad that tonight I can finally afford to laze around my room and take my time doing things. The last two nights, I crashed into bed right after bathing and blow-drying my hair! I live about an hour away from Expo, so I had wake up early the last two mornings.. But tomorrow I can sleep in all I want!!!
We had fun at the flea too, visiting the other booths, and making friends with the people who came by our stall. So a big thank you to all those of you who went down to the flea, and for dropping by to look at our stuff, and to say hi. We really appreciate it! Hope those of you who got stuff from us are enjoying them! Feel free to give us any feedback on our stall at the flea, or on our clothes!

Just came back from school, enrollment was long and dry. I intended to join the orientation but I chickened out. Haha. I’m not really big on that I guess. If the whole point of it is about making new friends, I’m sure I can start from the first day of school.. right?
ANYWAYS, it’s pretty refreshing to be going back to school. Last time I was a full-time student was back in what, 2007? 17 months of working and over 6 months of lazing at home, I have finally a reason for waking up every morning. LOL. Oh and mine’s a 3-day study week, just right for a bummer like me!
Here’s weekend happening to share: I was at Ikea with my sis last Sunday and the food area was crowded like hell. We were only half done and there was this mum and daughter waiting for their turn on the table. I was just about to speed up when the daughter started singing (very loudly) in hopes of driving us away. She was looking at us and was practically shouting in my ear. I had to give them what they deserve. I laid my utensils down and stopped eating. Oh the mum was pissed. After some time I picked my fork up and continued on my coleslaw painfully. The daughter, just about 7 said “The longer we wait, the slower they eat”, and her mum chuckled and nodded. And when we were almost done, my sis decided she should get another cup of coffee. That cost them another 10mins. During the time of which all these were happening, a bigger table right in front of us was cleared but they just had to stand by ours. wth. We made them wait for over 25mins. Really there is no point in rudely scaring ppl off to get to your turn sooner. Not everyone will give in to threats like this
Just a note: Pls remember to clear your trays at Ikea for everyone’s convenience cos they employ really lil clearing staff there.
Enough of ranting!
Love, G

Hello!
Apologies, but we’ve all been pretty lazy/busy the past week, hence no updates here!
Hope you guys enjoyed out latest collection though, cause we sure had fun putting it together!
Anyhow, I’ve just come home from yet another tiring day of sporting activities! Since that previously mentioned night at Timbre, we’ve sort of been on a high, meeting our usual Kakis a few times each week for some sports. It’s usually tennis, squash or badminton, followed by a leisurly swim to cool down. It sure feels good to sweat it out with good company, and we always work up a good appetite! Another plus point, is that I spend way less than i usually would, if we were to hang out in town for a night. Hee!
Speaking of town, I found some pictures in my camera, taken some time last week, on a trip to town with G and some friends!

Hee! I was wearing an Andy dress on this day! Frosty Frolic from collection 18 if I’m not wrong! I really love the fit, and it’s so comfy. I hope those of you girls who got it are enjoying it as much as I am! It’s also still available if anyone’s interested
Time to go rest my tired limbs. I forsee full body aches tomorrow morning. Arrghhh!
Love, Angela
